HEMA Law Office follows the rule – pay only for the work done!

What comprises the price

HEMA Law Office follows the rule that only work actually performed has to be paid for. The hourly fee of legal work and service provided by us is 122 euros (price includes VAT), and the first half-hour is half the price for new clients.

Lawyers generally work according to the following scheme.

The lawyer:

identifies the problem
collects and evaluates evidence
processes the existing materials
analyses the situation in light of current legislation and judicial decisions
presents their assessment
obtains the client’s approval for subsequent activities and commences with resolving the issue

Each case is special and requires a personal approach. A separate price can be negotiated for long-term clients and extensive work.
